A brief outline of who you are and what we have provided you?
I am the receptionist at Willmott Dixon Construction in Farnborough. Our Farnborough office has about 100 staff but only about 45 are based in the office given we are a construction company so a lot of our people are based on construction sites. This means that we have a lot of people coming in and out of the office on a regular basis. Osborne Technologies have provided our EntrySign visitor management system since 2016.
How has EntrySign helped?
The EntrySign system has allowed our staff and visitor signing in process to become electronic. This has allowed us to save paper as we do not have to use a paper signing in sheet. It also allows us to gain data on who is in the office and how long for. This is a lot quicker than having to go through sheets of past signing in papers to get the data. The system has also saved our staff time as they can just tap their card on the screen and it quickly signs them in and out. The system also allows us to set up text and email alerts to our staff so when a visitor signs in to see them it automatically notifies them, saving our receptionist time finding the member of staff to let them know their visitor has arrived.
What did you use before EntrySign?
Before EntrySign was installed at our office in 2016 we had a paper signing in book for staff and visitors.
What made you choose EntrySign?
Our Farnborough office chose to use EntrySign as it was used at one of our other offices in Cobham and the feedback for the system was positive
Which part of your experience did you like the most?
Getting the system installed was relatively easy and Osborne Technologies helped us set up all our people on the system. The system is very quick and easy to use.

I am very likely to recommend EntrySign to others. The system is easy to use and looks professional.
