A brief outline of who you are and what we have provided you?
The Alpha Plus Group is the second largest private schools provider in the UK and is the largest in London. 17 schools and 3 colleges operate under the Educational Governance, Operational and Line Management of the Board of Alpha Plus.
Osborne Technologies have provided AV supply and support to the group for the past 10 years and have recently adopted the EntrySign system. This is to ensure our schools know who is in their buildings at any one time with a focus on knowing who is visiting to ensure safety and pupil safeguarding.
How has EntrySign helped?
EntrySign has made varying impacts at the different schools. The back-office software gives us a quick overview of who is on-site at any one time and ensures evacuation reports are more accurate and quicker to collate than with the previous paper-based systems. One of our schools uses the staff movement reports to verify hours worked for payroll purposes ensuring correct wage bills.

What made you choose EntrySign?
We have used Osborne Technologies previously for our AV supply and support and the continued good support we received from them encouraged us to adopt their visitor management system as we know the on-going support would be excellent.
Which part of your experience did you like the most?
The entire process is managed by our account manager. There is very little input required from us to implement the systems in our schools. We are confident that what is delivered always meets our high expectations.
